Design Diaries Part 2 - turning notes into a useable (but not perfect) pattern

Today we're talking notes, pattern editing, and making sense of the stitches we found last time on Design Diaries. We have a jumper we wanted to copy and last time we read the stitches on the jumper, and made notes about what we found. Today we take those notes and turn them into a basic pattern that we can use to start duplicating the original jumper. It won't be a perfect pattern, and it won't be something someone else could use (yet), but it's the next step to making your own pattern based on a jumper you already own. From here on out, we're ready to start knitting!
