sir ur way of teaching is too gud but dont go fast ..jinko sikhna hoga vo sikh lega chaahe video 1 hr ka hi kyun na ho,..viewrs k chakkar m or time km krne k chakkr m aap fast mt lijiye...kuch log ese bhi h yaha jo direct kuch basic pdhe bina hi aapka video dekhte h like me or apke videos dekhte time mujhe basic pdhne ki koi jaroorat nhi lgti itani saffai se aap sikhate ho...thank you...

The risers are 150mm and the treads are 270mm. Design the steps allowing a L.L of 3 KN/m². Use M20 concrete and Fe415 steel. problem on this type

Your Mu should come as 135.75KNm as your taking the moment from midspan ! You did the error in CG while calculating the for 2 equation it's should be ((1.465+3.3/2 )/2)

Hi. Very Nice Video Quick question This staircase is resting on a wall on both sides at the edge, therefore the supports are considered as pinned. What if instead of the wall, the staircase would be resting on a beam on both sides at the edges. Do we still design the staircase as pinned? Also would the beam undergo torsion?

Let width of tread-300 Total width-300×number of tread =300×11=3300 Total distance -6 Width of each landing=(6-3.3)/2=1.35

Yes, you can take 11. Design is all about assumptions. It's on you what nearby value you want to take that will satisfy your design 👍

1.2 value is for plain bars, but its mentioned in IS code to increase the values in table by 60% if you're using deformed/threaded bars in your design, that's why it is multiplied by 1.6...
