Sir why u have substituted volume of core instead of area of core in the last step as it is written 0.36(Ag/Ac-1) ×(fck/fy). Ac is area of core=π/4×300squ but u have substituted Vc as 46064.05 it is volume not the area?

It's just an assumption, you can take 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc. whichever you think is necessary for your design. Design questions are only based on assumptions.
