In Deflection Check, putting the value of 'w' it was in kN/m but all other quantities were in N & mm. why so???

Doesn’t matter. if you try to convert them, both will have same value

W in deflection must be unfactored total load ???including dead load and self wt???

In duggal book it include total load not only live load.Please clarify

live load only , As other loads are constant during designing of steel

In web bucking d is the depth of web.why did you take whole depth???

roshan palikhe See if i put d as web depth the value of d/tw will be small than 64£ for sure. If d is taken greater then condition for web buckling might occur and check for web buckling may arise.

Thats correct. But its upto you. in designing we will always take critical values. Web depth is obviously smaller than the total depth, so it will be less critical provided to that the condition due to total depth . I took d as total depth Just for more safety factor. I guess you got my words bro. However buckling occurs within the web depth
