Thanks heaps for this. I'm in the process of trying to learn such things so I can design and build my own house. I realise that I'll need to submit my initial draft for engineering tweaks, but it's really cool that people like yourself contribute your knowledge for all the world to benefit from. Best wishes in 2023! Once I've completed my initial design, perhaps I'll get in touch for a review if you want. I'd pay you of course :) It won't be for perhaps another year now, but I'll eventually flesh out my initial draft.
