The taxiway width,as per ICAO Annex-14 Vol-I Aerodromes ( 9th edition; Nov 2022) depends upon the Outer Main Gear Wheel Span( OMGWS).Earlier it used to depend upon the Code Value ranging from Code A to Code F.The width as per the current International Standards varies from 7.5 m to 23 m.
