I'm in my 40s and I only recently come to the conclusion that I shouldn't work for those companies or bosses whose ethics don't align with my own. I found a new job almost 2 years ago and I actually make so much more money then before in addition to becoming happier as a person. All I can say is people want your products. I do enjoy watching your design process. I started doing a lot of little doodles in my bullet journal last year to reflect things happening through my day and then I went to a new journal and somehow stopped. Watching you design reminds me of how fun it is to doodle and look back on them in my journal.

I have said this on a couple of KZbinrs I watch, this year feels like the year of the calm. With the pandemic and hustle culture before that, I think we all deserve a year of calming and taking a step back to reflect what we want. I think this is true for you because it’s just you doing the design aspect of your business and that takes a lot. So taking time to enjoy and calm yourself is what you need then we will be here when you upload or not. Taking care of yourself is the most important aspect of your life, you deserve it.

My 2 cents? Staying true, doing what you believe in, this is what sets you apart. Listening to others input is great, but in the end, you must stay true to your ideas and your visions. Have you ever noticed that businesses whether small or large tend to go out of business when they start doing what others tell them to do? Wall St is behind things like the break up of Motorola (once famous and diverse, now in unrecognizable pieces). So many businesses struggle or go bankrupt because they start trying to be like other companies (Bed Bath & Beyond), and others start to cheap out on their products so they're not the same as what people loved when they first opened (sooo many restaurants). Be TRUE! -- ah, now that would make a great emoti (but only if it fits your ideas and your vision :)
