Thank you so so much for your videos! Been watching modelling tutorials 4 two months and modelled 8 your video tutorials and I have learned more about modelling that in any videos before! Main thing I learned, triangles are our enemies :)) Thank you sir

Thanks! After a time of pause I turn back to see your masterpieces skills in modeling. The way you develope idea for creating a object and step to proced for realize is one of the best. Keep going for to be an example for others. Maybe in the futer I'd be glad to see how you modeling somthing like spa baths. A lot of unsymetric elements. Thank you!

Hi Mate very nice, your tutorials are always excellent and full of tips and tricks and that is why i buy your tutorials. Thank you. If you can you can try bringing these models into unreal engine and lighting it there. That would be a great experience.

Thank you Ranjit, I am thinking about that actually, C4D to Unreal pipeline and get realistic renders, I am planning to work on that.

Thanks for this! Do you take idea requests? I would love to see a modeling/texturing tutorial on how to create LED display boards made up of all those little cells and how you would texture them to create emissive word messages or symbols!

Another awesome tutorial, always informative. However, the quality of your audio on this one was a bit muddy. I struggled, at times, to hear your narration clearly. Thankfully it's easy enough to discern what you're doing based on mouse clicks alone.

How do you change the number of SubDivs along a particular axis? Also could you please mention the ad-ons you use in a video.
@polygonpen2 жыл бұрын
I don't have any add ons, you need to add loop cuts or dissolve edges to change SubD count.

May I ask, how did you learn quad topology based modelling? Is there any guide, workflow which will help me make everything in quad topology like you make?
@polygonpen2 жыл бұрын
It is all about practise, you can apply this workflow to any object, you just need to practise.

Yine çok iyi bir video. Deneyimlerinize dayanarak böyle güzel topoloji ile modelleme yapmayı nasıl öğrenebilirim? Yaptığım zaman modelimle boğusuyorum😂. Özellikle bunun mantığını nasıl daha iyi anlayabiliriz özellikle neyi nasıl olacağını kestirmekte güçlük çekiyorum.
@polygonpen2 жыл бұрын

The design intent of the sketch is not shown on the 3d model at all.... While the drawing is very organic, the 3d model is very machine like....That s why Nurbs are the Ideal tool for such things, with absolute control over everything, impossible with polygons. Different tools
@featherDusterJr2 жыл бұрын
Huh? I can't even imagine something that has been designed in CAD software that can't be superficially replicated with polygons.
@gibson26232 жыл бұрын
@@featherDusterJr superficially means badly i suppose...lol. i use both polys and nurbs for 30 yrs....i know what i m talking about
@polygonpen2 жыл бұрын
The main subject of the tutorial is not to model the exact shape, the design is just a material so that I can practise SubD modeling techniques on it and people can learn, that's all!
@gibson26232 жыл бұрын
sure man, no worries :)
@featherDusterJr2 жыл бұрын
@@gibson2623 Superficial in the sense that NURBS have infinite resolution, while polygons don't. As long as you're not going to manufacture whatever you're designing, the visuals are basically the same.
