Your Identity is defined by what you do, whom you surround yourself with, and how you spend your time. Especially if you're a Designer it's continuous process of refining and filtering to find your true self. And this Interview session was Gem Pack.

I really liked the way he expressed true things about institutes who are printing 1000000000s of students with fancy taglines, I also connect with the words when he said client just want pretty designs and they dont care what process we follow and word which striked my mind is client is not sitting to review our design. This interview inspired me a lot in all the aspects, great job anil :)

In 20s I was dreaming to be part of firms or building my own start up, in 30s all I wanted to be is independent freelancer . That’s my perspective. Individuals like Maitreyee inspires a lot to stand alone and create stuffs then being part of big organisation or firms or be it any startups for me personally. To stand alone, away from the mob itself is great accomplishment then putting a rocket on Mars together . Lot of Respect to MK !

Amazing Maitreyee ma'am, Thank you for taking the interview of Anil Sir and asking the important questions. I got the insights that I needed. As I am crafting my portfolio, I needed this. I had also started out with love and passion for art and design. Keep these interviews coming, we are learning a lot from all these.

This was amazing, a lot of questions answered which were suited to current confusions of Designers, Maitreyee if you remember at ADP when you were mentoring me, now i find myself with lot of similarities to Anil Reddy and what I aim to become. I got an example now as a person. "Anil Reddy" your experience is so helpful 🙏 and Maitreyee such a amazing talk hope to see you and channel grow ✨

College never helps to grow, we all know? How we upgrade. Can you guys enlighten me?

College only helps them who has a thirst for growth and education. It's not just the academics but the creative atmosphere which inspires us to be something more.

He's saying people have to work more than office hours but why would someone work for extra hours if you're getting paid the same. Wouldn't I rather put that time and effort to upskill or do freelancing. If a person feels some connection with the company he might do it but to expect them to work their ass-s off just to make his company profitable is pretty selfish imo. No wonder so many are turning freelancers. Stress is going to kill your passion eventually
