I had a creative block while trying to redesign my portfolio for job applications. I had been going through so many portfolios but it was hard to get my style watching those. For a whole week I was looking at my laptop, trying to design something and then would scratch it off. (Not procrastination because I was just unable to get it done) But your previous video about your portfolio, somehow gave me that push. It was simple yet effective. Thank you. It's still work in progress but should be done by next week. I'm working on the projects to add. :)

Ramchandrans' content is good, but the website is too fancy. Distracting animations/transitions, web browsers vertical scroll is having too much lag,, its super strain to the viewers eye. too many marquees scrolling all over. Usability and experience is very much important for portfolios as well, as designers consider it when designing apps.

Question? Are case studies ( like in the first website) are they consider projects? or do you need to have a project section and a case study section on your website?

Good question! Case studies and projects are effectively the same thing, but in my experience when someone says "Case Study" they usually mean a project that includes or leans toward the 'UX' side of things. A 'Project' on the other hand could be a case study, or just a UI design, maybe a logo design, etc... Hope that helps!
