I had this exact download from source this morning! My desires have been important for so long but when I first wanted it, I was ENTHUSIASTICALLY DEPRESSED about it. And from then on, it was so easy to be depressed about it due to the energy I put into being the opposite. And when I “tried” to declare the I Am, I would immediately revert back to despair because it was my norm. I know what to do now to make my shift. Thank you for being amazing as always!

I've been playing your videos while I make breakfast every morning and it's very helpful to frame my day and it's nice to have something to focus on rather than always power through the mental noise myself. Yes I can meditate yes I often do but I also don't always have someone to talk to in the morning so it's nice to have someone speaking truth about reality in the bg. 😂❤ Thanks Tom!

Hiya, While I don't know of your specifics, however, something resonated with me in your question. I had these awful thoughts that said that I haven't changed at all since my childhood. That I live in the same small space, still alone, etc, etc. The thoughts would go on and on. I've dedicated myself to meditation to allow these thoughts while not identifying myself with them. This was expanding my awareness but still a bit of a struggle. Then, just this morning, I had a little bit of a light bulb moment and thought, gee, I can choose that I've always had great thoughts (all around, swooping all subjects all at once) in my head. I felt this really natural flow of energy, very gentle, yet felt in my body. Almost immediately my brain stopped thinking the nagging thoughts. I also like the reminder in this video here that I can just choose, like apples in a shop, without the excess importance (like winning the lottery). It's not that I've changed, it's that I've simply chosen differently from the abundance of choices. There is no wright or wrong in there. Just a natural choice of seeing it as always being the way I now want it to be. Perhaps you can do something similar and say to yourself 'I've always been cheery' or whatever you need to be there, 'that's right! I've always had a clear mind', 'but of course, I've always ....' and see how you feel about this. Best wishes!

I often think this: i am getting a little grey hair. The main assumption of a grey hair is that it don’t turn back into your natural collor. Deep inside me I allways wonder when i will see one grey hair on my head. And that this one grey hair that is growing, is in my natural collor dark brown, coming out of my head .. while the top of this one hair stays grey …
