was bored tonight, needed a "pick-me-up" as the saying goes, and started watching videos of my fave designer, karim rashid. watched a few videos until i caught this one, noticing it had a whopping 123 likes, and 4 thumbs down. all i could think was, wtf? this was posted june '18, almost 2 years ago now, and only 123 people have liked it, out of not just 5000 views, but 63,000 subscribers ! this seems wrong, somehow. how can this possibly be? the man is a living legend. thousands of products. amazing use of shape, and colour. mesmerizing work. i know i am in the minority when it comes to modernism,futurism,minimalism,etc. i only have one other friend into this stuff like i am, the rest of my friends could probably care less about design. i live and breathe it 24/7, however,and that is why i'm so shocked, i guess,that the likes on this is only 123. (124 now that i add mine). so, to the original poster, thank you, i really enjoyed the "ted talk" version here, and to the 123 other like-minded individuals, well done. to the 4 thumbs down? i dont know what to tell you. to karim, keep on doing what you do. off to search the webz for more cool design vidz.
