Very nice! You always do such great projects, love the details. It's nice to hear someone waiting to be surprised with the gender. I'm in my 70's and that is how it was back in my baby birthing days, you found out when the baby was born. You can always add scallops later if you have a girl. The piece can also be a doll house or a parking garage. I'm also in Florida, Gulf Coast area, so I can relate to our weather, it's been extremely hot & humid this year!

That is the cutest idea!! 🧸 And for a fraction of the cost, you have a one-of-a-kind bookshelf built by mommy and daddy. Perfect. You look fantastic, Stefani. Hope you are feeling great. It is getting down to the wire (I am guessing August 3, a boy, 7lbs, 1 oz). js Take care of yourself and the little one. Loved the sonogram pic on the shelf. Thank you for sharing these projects with us. And that kitchen is still looking fabulous. ❤❤

Another lovely DIY sure to become a sentimental favorite! Elevating the bookshelf's presence with the base turned it into a true piece of furniture. As Baby grows and begins to pull up, I know you'll secure the unit to the wall for safety if you haven't already. And don't forget the endless possibilities those solid sides offer: Lego plates, hanging hooks, drawing surfaces....wooohooo!!! Blessings for a lovely completion to your pregnancy.

beside to attach it to the wall, kids are climbers, especially if it's packed with toys. You don't want it to tip over on them, there are anti-tip straps available at lowes and home depot

Will you secure the bookcase to the walls because of the tipping factor? Excellent addition to the nursery. It is always wonderful to see your projects.

honestly gender neutral is so much better even if you do know the gender because it allows the kid as they grow up to make their own decisions about what they want.. my aunt did this with her kid and she is so girly and loves picking out pink stuff but at the same time her room is green and blue and its just so fun to see a kid express themselves authentically versus making things really masculine or feminine. we dont make our kitchens or living rooms, etc. gendered per say so why do the kids rooms have to be that way?

either way I love your channel, skills and style and I love that you are approaching this from a gender neutral stand point
