玄関から無垢床までの大判タイル部分は土間感覚なのかな？家の中では裸足でいたい自分としては水回りが土間みたいだと足裏汚れそうだからマットかなにかで区別しないとって思いました。

エレベーターなしの3-4階は退勤後と買い物帰りに鬼畜すぎます😂足腰強い方ても疲れた時には厳しそうですね 4階の部屋が一番光入ると広いけど、駅から徒歩10分でエレベーターなしの17万台は攻めすぎませんでしょうか？🤔 3階が2階の部屋より家賃高い理由がちょっとわからない😵‍💫 3階のは洗濯機も詰めてのアメセパに比べて2階はせめての洗濯機別だし、3階の部屋はキッチンで一面使えないに比べて2階はせめての四角部屋だし、床面積に計算すれば2階の方がやや広いだし、エレベーターなしの1階減るだけでもメリットが高いと思いますが🤔 でも今まで見てきた洗濯機も入るアメセパの水回りで、3階部屋の配置が一番ギリギリ納得できる形ではあります😂

Due to their proximity to the ground, you will need curtains for the windows in BOTH the second and third apartments. Otherwise, people can easily see the interior from the street, parking lot, or the shared staircase. That is a huge privacy concern. In both the second and third apartments, the toilet and shower are in the same space. These two apartments seem to be only suitable for single people. The first apartment is very suitable families. It has separate toilet and shower and two bedrooms -- the parents can occupy one and the kid(a) can use the other. The first apartment is on the 4th floor. So, people cannot easily see the interior as in the case of the second and third apartments. Still, just in case, you may want to get curtains for the windows as well. All three apartments are decent. Thanks for sharing!

I enjoyed the design of the building, but I really didn't like any of the 3 apartments. Of the 3 the 1st was best but also expensive. Marc - from Georgia, USA

どの部屋もウォークスルーで土足生活の外国の方向けなのかな？ 階段移動なのが残念ですね。エレベーター設置して通路も段差なしにすれば車椅子の方も暮らせそうなのに。
