Caution when ordering wigs. Jesse’s wigs was reviewed on KZbin so I ordered most $1000 and every wig had an issue and one looks used and wa dirty. I sent detailed pictures and compare comparison pictures to what I had ordered and they immediately stopped communicating with me. I only have 30 days and they will not tell me how to go about doing a return. I’m pretty sure they’re trying to extend it past the 30 day window. The website does not have any information on how to do a return. It just says that you can return within 30 days. Someone was texting me while they were fulfilling my order and they were very punctual and communicated very kindly as soon as I mentioned the word return they have gotten very blunt and stopped responding after I sent proof of all the problems. That is the only contact number I have .
