3:44 Blue being bigger and more visible than Cricket because of his wings reminds me of a really cute scene from Book 12 when Cricket was initially a little disappointed that Blue’s brand new wings made him much bigger than before so she couldn’t easily wrap him in a full hug with her wings anymore… until she realized that he could now do the exact same thing to her instead and she was happier than ever

I love how she factored Qibli and Moon’s deep bond and independent characters into their poses. Their postures are vastly different but they’re still holding onto each other tightly like they don’t want to let go. I’m convinced this would be a real picture of them just being natural during some casual romantic time.
