I was in a slump the past 2 days, contemplating about the route of Graphic Design. Until I watched the first video you posted, and now this one. It gave me all my inspiration and drive for this again. You basically do everything I want to do for life, not only does it look enjoyable it looks simply put "FREE". I love art simply put and what you do is art! So I'm going to do a Graphic Design course that also has Web Design and App Design in it for about 1.5 years and hope to get a UI job afterwards. UI design looks super fun and rewarding. Thank you!

I'm not the author of this video but I can answer. In this video he uses Microsoft Surfacebook, it has sensor display, but a pen is not in a kit when you buy this laptop (you buy it separately for 99$). But any graphic tablet is good for design with usual laptop. You can buy the cheapest one and it will be enough.
