My idea is a specific theme, the 13 Primes. Core Class: Micronus Prime, Safeguard (Vector Prime's minicon companion), Vector Sigma (maybe Vector could transform into an avatar of Primus), maybe Rung, as another representation of Primus Deluxe: Solus Prime, Alchemist Prime, Quintus Prime, Amalgmous Prime, Xaaron (I ran out of the 13, he is an ancient transformer and was once an avatar of Primus) Voyager: Vector Prime, Alpha Trion, Onyx Prime, Liege Maximo Leader: Prima, Optimus Prime (Specifically Beast Hunters Optimus Prime, I have this theory that this design is bulkier and more powerful because the Forge rebuilt Optimus in the form of a true Prime, I was thinking they could retool the Legacy Bulkhead and bump up the price point with a new Backpack and Minigun) Commander: Megatronus Prime Titan: Nexus Prime, Devastator and Predaking were released as titans, otherwise we'd probably have to shunt several character to core class, put the components in deluxe class and Commander class, and I can't think of other characters to put in Titan class, aside from possibly Primus. Nexus' limbs could be the TFCC ones, the Exiles ones or a mixture of both, the Legacy Wildrider/Breakdown mold could possibly be retooled into Clocker. It could also use more iconic versions of the characters, such as ROTF Breakaway, or even Rescue Bots Heatwave.

For an extra gimmick for Your Commander Optimal Optimus Primal, a swappable face could be made available so BW!MEgatron could get in on the action. That, or it'd be the easiest second release toy with just the swapped head and maybe the Beast mode parts removed.

I know the real way of how we could do Sari Sumdac! Those who remember the smashers toy line this is a great way of also sneaking in the prototype method for making pretenders and maybe also bringing in some of the humanoid villains from animated and other series. We can update the toy engineering with the smasher system, sure having 5 millimeter pegs on humanoid figures or having the peg openings more likely the peg openings because that's what they did last last time look a little ridiculous. But it could work and then we could have either a cube or a rod or something for the accessories to attach to to create vehicles or other accessories that would be similar to holding up the alternate form. Honestly I would say we could just make the alternate form be the scooter her for her uh accessory vehicle where she stores all the extra parts because her feet can turn into the wheels, the front part of the scooter could turn into the front part of her chest piece and her helmet could be the seat.

I’ve already got two Transformers toylines fully designed and planned out. The first, “Transformers/GI Joe: Unification” is a crossover with GI Joe (as the name implies) with the gimmick of Titan Master-sized versions of Joe and Cobra members interacting with the Autobots and Decepticons (who’ve scanned Joe, Cobra, MASK and VENOM vehicles). Differences from the official TF/Joe crossover figures is that Megatron’s a MOBAT and comes packed with Destro and Bumblebee is a modern city car (a la Titans Return Bee) packed with Scarlett. Also, Titan Class Broadside as the USS Flagg and Commander Class Armada Jetfire/“Comettor” as the Defiant shuttle. The other, “Transformers: Decepticon Domination” is a what-if scenario where Megatron supposedly dies, the DJD take over the Decepticons, and declare the Autobots’ extinction is imminent. It’s a mix of IDW homages, Unicron Trilogy/Hunt for the Decepticons/Machine Wars nods. This is probably my favorite of the two. I even went as far as giving this one Buzzworthy Bumblebee and Walmart exclusive offerings!

Other facts about Decepticon Domination: The Autobots are split into four groups: Team Hot Rod (HR, Ultra Magnus, Drift, Nautica, Ratchet, Tailgate, Anode, Lug, Crosswise, Landmine, and Smokescreen), Team Optimus (OP, Bumblebee/Goldbug, Prowl, Jazz, Ironhide, Tracks, Searchlight, Roadburn, Jetfire, Outback, and Windcharger), Team Windblade (Windblade, Thunder Clash, Scavenger, Rollbar, Wideload, Freeway, Bluestreak, Wheelie, and Hardhead) and Team Scattorshot (SS, Ricochet, Jackpot, Grandus, Splashdown, Crosshairs, Sizzle, Fizzle, and Guzzle). I tried to make Kaon, Vos, Helex and Tesarus more workable in toy form by giving them retools into comparatively more recognizable characters and new alt-modes (ex: Helex is a pretool for Grandus, Tesarus is a pretool for Armada Scavenger). The Walmart exclusive subline, “Cybertron’s Most Wanted” is about Team Scattorshot (led by Cybertron Scattorshot) fighting against a cabal of Decepticon killers led by Starscream, who was given Cybertron in return for loyalty to Tarn. Thunderwing and Deathsaurus are the main enemies of Optimus and Windblade’s groups, respectively. Megatron is not dead, but rather in self-imposed exile on the planet Combatron after growing tired of the war. After some coaxing from Optimus and Hot Rod, he decides to join the Autobots and take down the DJD a la his IDW version.

Honestly, I'd like the 5 Throttlebots we're missing. I know the Earthrise Cliffjumper mold has been used to death, but I'll take a few retoolings of that if it means completing the team. Having 5 nearly identical cars is the only problem for adding them to a release wave. I almost think they would only work as Amazon or Hasbro Pulse exclusives.

I kind of want a line that is just the g1 combaticons in different size classes and offmodel paintjobs/molding to emulate various animation errors, and to also just throw a random signal lancer and retrax in there somewhere for the heck of it

One thing I think TJ forgets is how it seems the engineering for a good toy can make it a bit more expensive. I can see this as a Roadtrap and Battleslash situation of two core classes for Squawkbox or a deluxe. with several accessories. Going to talk about the other cores, I think they are good choices, also the rest of the DJD are confirmed to be atleast attempted in the works Also to help on Knockout being justified: we got a repaint of a red Jazz with one of the bost boring toy molds in the past decade. Also Sideways generally should be a reusable character, because of Robotmasters in making a Roadpig/Groove sort of mold to be able to come back again because he doesn't always need a headmaster IMO. Nautica is good as well and she definitely needs her own mold, personally I think she should stay as a futuristic submarine in comparison to a character like the Go-bot Dive-Dive who I feel would be the perfect one to come back to fit with someone like Fulcrum (who I think can have his "bomb" mode be an actual submarine unlike the Sixshot gun sub meme). To continue on Nautica, personally I like the idea of making her sort of minibot scaled partly because of some of the fan art I seen of her of adding more body types to Transformers and she usually has a headcanon bodytype similar to Seaspray from what I seen so a heavy remold into Seaspray would be cool or alternatively just give characters who have very few interpretations a chance to be given a toy via Nautica to be a mold mate. Nothing much to say on Cybertron Hot Shot, it would be an easy update and would be a good excuse for something close to like Earthspark Bumblebee or a new Chromedome. ALSO YES ON SKOLD. Skold honestly jumped into my favorite cast of Transformers and she would definitely follow with a snapper and i would be so happy with both, my only thing is that I would hope Hasbro would add a few small differences like making Snapper just a Snapping turtle being like a smooth shell and a longer neck molding to pull the head out further while Skold gets some spikes and gets the shorter head to be an Alligator Snapping turtle. IMO Skold is more deserving of a toy than Nyx especially since Nyx could be easier to do since she has Onyx Primal, Convobat, and kind of Sonar and Nightscream in who her mold could be turned into with heavier remolding, plus Nyx is sort of to the side IMO in comparison to Skold. Onto Voyagers, Jetstorm is good at Voyager, enough said. Torca though.... I think he deserves to be a commander IMO, distance him from Elephora a little bit, make him a Mammoth-Orca to justify big, plus as he mainly was seen in the comics, he is shown to be a very big boy, Elephora in his size has shown to be more of a Leader Class though, so I can also justify a big leader. In his place in that modification I would throw in Ramulus because he is tall and probably would be deserving of some more extensive engineering. Cyberverse Soundwave is alright. Autobot Megs is one I can agree too also you meant Leader Class Megatron as the legends class was miner megs. Overall fairly inoffensive and you are really downplaying Torca but your next choices I can definitely fight Leaders, oh your leader choices make me a little angy. Broadside I think needs to be a commander IMO, Like either way one of the vehicle modes are gonna suffer unless they go cybertronian in design ideas, so may as well make him big for the novelty and for the factor of the aircraft carrier mode as that should be of more priority for him unless they figure out how to do the Jet mode in a way to which fits inside of the aircraft carrier and given the commander budget I imagine they would and if you look to the G1 toy, Broadside had many weapons too, so they figure that out and then deck him out in weapons and blast effects, because I mean its not like we have small Commanders like Rodimus prime or now kind of Armada Optimus but he counts less as he has his trailer to combine with. Still Broadside is one of those characters that need to be a commander for the size of it and for the budget to have jet to aircraft carrier. to look good with the Robot mode. Tankor I feel should also be a Voyager but given dense Leaders, I can see how he would work out, also in my mind the only hulking BM Vehicon is really Strika, like they all should be Voyagers or bigger except the basics who never were in the show like Mirage GT and Scavenger (who should be deluxes). Titan, I think I already said my peace on Tidal wave in the previous video, I just skipped that section because from how I think they would design the toy he wouldn't pass safety tests as a titan since unlike Omega, his splitting apart aspect is waist and shoulders rather than in the Torso, and given the heft of Titans, I feel he would break something. Tidal Wave needs his boats and its very unlikely we are gonna get his Minicon so I think a Commander would be the cap they put on him unless they do like a Haslab inbetween of Titan and commander as Titans barely ever get accessories when its outside of their main robot and I have no fucking clue what Tidal Wave would get as a weapon unless you do Last Stand of the Wreckers where he had that bfg which at that point he is no longer a titan in size and Titans are the only size class that is still a size class instead of engineering pricepoint. Optimal Optimus... As the commander. I mean I get why you chose that but ngl I despise that design like the Ariginal Toy, Animation Model, PoTP, and Third Party figures never look good IMO. Like the only use of Optimal Optimus that has actually looked good to me is Primal Prime but even then its the robot mode and the shiny red that makes it look better when the design is quite shit. Like, I do want to see Transmetals and other ideas like Cyborg beasts be given new toys but the only exception is Optimal Optimus, its just a bad design, like I see more potential of Fang being able to be pulled off better in toy form over Optimal Optimus.

Same characters but different designs (referencing past mold history and represents them from alternate universes) 4. G1 Gobots (Based on the Cataclysm illustration).

I've seen an epic Sari made using one of those mini Drossel figures, as a bonus it was able to ride Animated Prowl too. Technically wouldn't Sari kind of be a pretender? Since she was a transformer whose alt mode was a human? I think if she were to get a toy you could get away with a small action figure with a swapping head gimmick, perhaps her arms can swap out for weapon limbs? I can't really think of a way to have her "transform," perhaps instead of a standalone core figure she could be a pack in with a larger transformer, perhaps a Legacy Animated Optimus?

I would consider buying a R.E.D. toy of Sari. Maybe smaller than the others, but more pieces that can be swapped around so you could technically get both modes. All I ask is that 1) the plastic doesn't suck like I've heard much of the line suffers from, and 2) they don't fuck up the paint and sculpt like they did with Cheetor. (that face is hideous and looks nothing like Cheetor)

Let me see if I can come up with a list of my own here. Core: minicon assault team (hear me out, I know core class is bigger than a minicon usually is, but the minicon assault team is a set that has to combine with each other, not serve as accessories to larger transformers, they can be like the Core Class dinobot combiner) The Jet, Helicopter, and Tank with slightly better individual articulation and a more solid deluxe sized combination. The 4th one can be Botanica, so she'll be the same scale as her lover Rattrap. Deluxe: RID Strongarm, Anode (MUST be a biplane,) Shadow Striker (a symmetrical version of her can be remolded into a vehicon, but I want her unbalanced frankenstein body for the main toy,) an Autotrooper (generic Autobot soldier, the Autobot's version of a vehicon in some ways,) and Powerglide. Voyager: Animated Lugnut, BW Depth Charge, Animated Megatron (with his 2 rotor helicopter alt mode,) and Armada Jetfire (with an accurate as possible space shuttle mode.) Leader: Strika (big huge lady) and Prime Predaking. Titan: Tiberious Maximus, aka the Enterprise Transformer (because screw you the Star Trek x Transformers crossover was AWESOME) and Commander: Omega Supreme

I don't think Swaktalk and Beast Box would work there the way you have them. Because it says the limit is 4 Core Class and you actually have 5. Those would most likely be separate releases cause if they're packaged together in combined more they're either going to be too big for core class or too small to fit into Soundwave. I think the combined mode might be some where between Core class and Deluxe so the only way they can be packaged together is as some sort of exclusive box set like what they did with the Clones. Also I kind of doubt that Hasbro would ever do Tidal Wave and Broadside in the same toy line without them just being repaints of each other. They really never should be repaints of each other but just based on them both being Aircraft carriers Hasbro seems to love using them as repaints anyway. I could see both of those toys happening at some point just not in the same line, they'd have to be staggered out so they're released at different times. Finally... since you put Jetstorm and Tankor on the list... honestly I think it's a crime not to complete the entire set of Vehicons. Thrust at least needs to be in there some where to finish the original trio. I'd like for Obsidian and Strika to get updates as well but they weren't part of the original team so I'm fine with them being a future wave. Also... OPTIMAL MEGATRON. I don't think we even need a new Optimal Optimus and I will never stop demanding Optimal Megatron every time that mold is brought up.

They could potentially give it weaponizer parts that could form what would be a deluxe class version of ramjet, that could analogue for his combined mode with megatron. Might be a stretch but it would be economic and lineup with Titans always having a deluxe sized something with it.

As much as I'd like hasbro to try again with knockout, it's unlikely they will. Other prime series characters I'd want: Predaking, airachnid, vehicon drone. Armada sideways has odd engineering which again, I doubt hasbro would be arsed to deal with. Tidal wave I agree with. Red alert, demolisher, and cyclonus also deserve a chance. Cybertron is missing scourge as the jungle planet representative. Should be very simple to execute. Hot shot, red alert, scattershot, and jetfire would be great too. Beast wars is full of possibilities. Silverbolt, depth charge, quickstrike, tigerhawk, rampage. Hasbro seems afraid to even touch Beast machines. Thrust, nightscream, noble/savage, botanica, are others I'd like to see.

For sideways we could take not from an older figure universe deluxe Dinobot. That figure has a triangular prism in the torso to flip between blank/maximal/predacon so we take that and put it into sideways so in the motorcycle you could flip down the windshield and move the triangle to what faction you want and boom a faction changing sideways. For the head with this design removing the spring gimmick include the 2 minicons and to install push the robot head down and put what ever headmaster you want in. My recommendation for figures is the BW combiners tripredacus and magnaboss maybe commander but we need those 2 combiners updated, if not maybe a Nova prime

Optimal Optimus isn't a design I ever cared for much, not for the character. The size difference compared to Transmetal Primal was just nuts. It's def a design that suffered from having four different modes, even if the jet and vehicle modes are very similar.

a character i would like a toy of is alleron. I can't decide between core or deluxe. core is good for scale but working her flying car mode into a core figure might be hard. a deluxe figure might be a little big but could better accomodate the flying car mode.

Actually, PotP Optimal Optimus left out all of his vehicle modes, not just one. Calling them “vehicles” is a stretch, but it still sad PotP completely left them out. It begs a great question as to why a robot that turns into an ape has wings, a cockpit, and wheels… 😅
