Well technically he would be a Mark three travel machine which is the casing of The creature because they are little hatesquids piloting around a casing the daleks I also think the only Cybertronian that might be able to handle Is scanning a tardis is vector prime himself And even then he might need a hand from primus due to the whole bigger on the inside thing

The time the crossover took over, Doctor Who was at a major crossroad in it’s existence. Transformers The Movie already happened. Weird that the crossover took place in the twilight years of both brands as far as their TV presence goes.

Simon Furman has never been a fan of female transformers without having some kind of in universe explanation for it. He created two stories, one in the 80s for marvel and one in the 2000s for IDW, to have a backstory for Arcee. In the 80s Arcee was made by Autobots to appease a feminist mob upset there are no female Transformers, in the other Arcee was an existing cybertronian experimented on by a mad scientist to turn her female. The second one created such a backlash, being considered offensive to trans people and women, that it was retconned so that Arcee was trans and had specifically sought out a scientist to reforge her into a woman.
