Yes it sounds like you need to do some thinking on how gnolles work & react in your world before you can use them to modify a hiring or haggle roll. A third option for the payment up front or haggle situation, a small upfront payment of 10-30% that would grant a bouns to a haggling or negotiation roll. Anyway, great video as always.

Great video, Tom. You are really creating something on top of BECMI! Great job! The music was very soothing, meditation-style. I enjoyed it. Also, I like your dungeon drawing digital tool. May I suggest Owlbear Rodeo? It is simply amazing for what you're doing (line of sight / fog of war included). Additionally, treasure type K (in the lure into service table) is using sp, not gp. Lastly, are you on version 0.9.4 or 0.9.3? The filename and the doc header differ from each other. Best wishes, ❤ V
