Good job. Record the wind speed too, and use different recorded wind speeds in the tests. And you will know why the modern wind turbines have blades that pitch according to wind speed. Use a expected field usage range of wind speeds, like from 5-30m/h for example.

Poor design, In my opinion. For optimal performance on windmill efficiency The blades should never be directly across from each other.
