What a cool job he has. I'm an artist myself, but ended up in the graphic design world. Seeing him going from marker to marker brought back memories.

I’m an aspiring car designer and also a huge fan of RUF and the CTR. This Anniversary car is absolutely perfect in my eyes since I first laid eyes. So appreciative of this in-depth design review. Beautiful car and video. LOVE it!!!

It is refreshing to see a car design that does not look like it came out of a video game. Nice work!

Wow! It was almost therapeutic watching him sketch the car. To think that is where it still starts (given the tools and tech available today) is somehow reassuring. I also appreciated a deeper understanding of the how, why and where of the design choices. His comment about the windshield possibly being the only thing of the RUF that is still a Porshe... I have been educated. I had to go back and watch it again!

I like how designers always look at the past for inspiration. Whether it be for style or function.

I love Porsches and RUF in that order. I’m sure Alois would be the first to say that the foundation of RUF’s inspiration(and customer base) is Porsche........no matter how much of its brilliant content is “made” in Pfaffenhausen. The Yellowbird flying around the ring dislodged all other dream cars at the time😎

Porsches are boring, RUF fixes them.

To put this in perspective they are talking about the dramatic changes required to move a wheel less than 2 inches.

I read somewhere the original naca ducts didn’t work. Pressure was so low at the inlets that air flowed out, not in.

Funny talking about designing. We all know by far that Ferdinand Porsche designed the Volkswagen back in the 30'ies. And that Volkswagen Käfer (beetle) looks like the first Porsche's, being actually the same car, same creator, just with another emblem on the car. But who designed/drew the first VW/Porsche concept? Nope, it wasn't Ferdinand, it was Adolf himself in 1932, on a tissue at a Munich restaurant. History time.
