The 3090 is 350w the cpu is 105w thats 245w for the rest of the system. Plenty of power for our display build =) it gets pulled apart today

Why dont you connect a big res with a flex tube to the pump res? Would that not fill it way faster? And you can just undo it after and the loop should be full?

Isnt the fan blowing upwards on the bottom blowing towards the fan that’s trying to push air out? That would mean the hot air is getting pushed back into the 3090, which isn’t great

edit - just so there's no doubt, my RTX 3090 system draw imgur.com/a/onPoZM4 I had to look twice to make certain I wasn't seeing something wrong. I've pulled well over 850W with my EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3. *A 700W PSU is way .. way too small.* When I rebuild my PC I'm at least going with a 1000W and probably a 1200W PSU.
