how did you change this , because when I did this then inside of the pic changed in the circle the whole pic changed, like I can't place the pic in the particular area where I want to placs it

Hi again, I watched the entire tutorial but it did not help with my issue, which is How to use frames and pictures. I have a hard time editing templates with pictures and frames. For example, when I replace a picture within a frame, I don't know how to adjust it, how to move it without resizing it, or how to get that out of the frame without deleting it. Do you have a tutorial that can help with that specific issue? Thank you again🙏
