I too was excited for Batfleck solo movie but my god the proposed plans for JL 2 & JL 3 were horrible. Snyder wanted a love traingle between bruce, loie and clark😭. And Lois apparently would become pregnant with bruce's child and then Lois would be killed by Joker thus following the injustice storyline. Not only was it stupid but it was rushed too. MCU reached to infinity war and endgame with film by film,years by years and Snyder wanted to compete that with less movies in just 5-6 years. Thank god that universe is over.

Although I still can't get over the fact that Ben Affleck never had a solo Batman film and that Affleck and Cavill are no longer my Batman and Superman but still excited for Gunn's DCU I hope he casts Jensen Ackles as Batman. He already made a massive mistake by making Hal Jordan a 60 years old guy. He's literally one of the biggest DC characters and mainstream superheros and he decided to make John Stewart the main lantern. Hal Jordan is the best lantern and deserved to be the main lantern of DCU
