It's not "one" of the best infrastructures in the world. China has THE BEST infrastructures in the world period and it's not even close.China's infrastructures are on another level and they are second to none. You'd be hard pressed to find another country that comes close to China's infrastructures, although Russia also has incredible infrastructures.
