Good video! I agree with just about everything except for the first guy who said paying off debts isn't important. Debt can spiral out of control if you're not careful.

Thanks Etienne for alot of great info. My 1st thot when asked what Id do with the money is "invest" then decide whom to help. I have no debt so that's no problem. I know some people who have squandered away alot of money. That's not me. Awesome content

2:35 that’s bs I’m sorry. If I get 10 million and I have debt the first thing I would do is give my self a clean slate.

You got to do the math... how much interest you pay on debt vs. how much % you can make if you invest the money. Say you have a loan at 5% interest per year but your investment makes 20% a year... keep the debt and invest all the capital 💪📈

@@DesireToTRADE this makes sense but what do you think about the relief on the psychological capital by getting yourself to $0+ net worth. Especially with the surplus at $10m
