Pray about it, constantly! Prayer is so necessary when we evangelize. My family knows about the gospel, but they are far away from the faith… I pray for them constantly, and pray to God to use me and help me point to Jesus in my life, it’s not easy, but He is with us!

I’ve been praying on and off for my family for 20 some years. Yesterday, I finally got an email from my dad in response to a video link I sent him about the end times. I think he gets it now. He might communicate with the rest of the family since he has a better relationship with them than me.

Grace and peace to you. Tell your family and your enemies. You have to speak in person primarily. The secondary things will be handing out tracts which people mostly trash and posting on social media which many people hide from their feed. Tell the young man that he will go to hell and the lake of fire if he is being fearful to tell anyone about the Lord Jesus. You will go to hell and the lake of fire if you claim to be a Christian, but continue murdering (hating your Christian sister or brother), committing adultery (watching porn), etc. You should pray before you reach at least one person each week. Calvinism is a doctrine of devils. Christians should evangelize weekly. Can God elect a person to eternal damnation even if he believes on the Lord Jesus and loves Jesus more than most people? Do you believe on the Lord Jesus? We shall be in the new earth for eternity, not heaven. God loves you. Jesus loves you. Always face away from the moon, stars, and sun when praying, singing, or reading the old king James bible. I face eastward unless the moon, stars, or sun are in the way; at which time, I face northeast, north, south, or west. The best times for Christians to pray are: 6:30pm to 8:30pm or at the going down of the sun, at midnight (12:30am-1:30am), 6am or right before sunrise, 3rd hour (about 9am), 12:30pm-1:30pm or at midday(noon), and 2:30pm to 3:30pm (9th hour). The best time to read the old king James Bible is once there is sunlight at around 6am (right before going to day work), or at 4pm (before going to night work). The best times to sing are early morning or 6am, 9am (3rd hour), midday (noon), 3pm (9th hour), sunset (6pm-9pm), and at midnight. As we engage in spiritual warfare, please pray for me as I pray for you. Have a good residue of the year, month, week, and God bless you, your family, your friends, and enemies. Matthew 5:44.

@@oldenoughtoknowbetter6473 Don't be a stargazer. It is good to read the old king James bible before you have to go to work or church so that it is fresh in your memory. I am a Christian and I love you but I don't respect Islam nor other false impure religions. There is only one pure religion and that is the holy Christian sabbath new moon faith. The name of Jesus will save us and is higher than Yhwh or any other name you can think of. The Almighty Jesus became flesh so that he would save us. DO it despite. I have my moments of doubt, but believe me, when the Holy Spirit takes over, He will give you the courage and words to speak. Like before I go evangelize on the street, I have moments of fear sometimes, but when the Holy Spirit takes over, the fear completely vanished and I'm filled with joy. Courage is not the absence of fear, it's action DESPITE fear. Every morning when you wake up, put on your helmet of salvation. Memorize the passage about the armor of God in Ephesians, and say it aloud, imagine you're putting your armor on while you say the words. There is power in words Kelli, saying the words aloud releases power in your environment and helps you combat the enemy.

@PilgrimsProgFest Some don't have elders and church family. Some churches also are not biblical, some churches are preaching false doctrine, some churches aren't even preaching anything but just making money off others. If someone on youtube prays for someone else do you think God is less likely to hear that prayer than having no one pray for them at all? What kind of encouragement is that? God knows we are in the internet age, God created every detail, God is using all vehicles of communication in this day and age. Do you think that the prayer of someone for another on you tube is less sincere than someone who says they will pray for you in a church? God hears every prayer that is sincere. Try to encourage one another. All love to you in Jesus name. Amen.

I was saved in my late 20's, the darkness years of depression and alcoholism in my family. I was a nobody with no money and zero self-esteem. When I look back at what Jesus saved me from and how he gave me back life, purpose, dignity and self-respect, I just want to tell everyone about it as if I have found lost treasure. Problem is, nobody understands me and dismiss what is so precious to me like it's just fanatic religion. HOW can you explain to another human what its like to be born again on the inside? That the veil has been removed from your eyes? I've been praying for YEARS for family/friends that have not budged from their unbelief. That makes me sad but also joyful to know that I was once blind but now I see and it's all because of His mercy towards me. Many are called but few are chosen. Matthew 22:14 ...so I pray.

And when ye come into an house, salute it. And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, *let your peace return to you.* And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. > Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. > Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill *cannot be hid.* Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so *shine* before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. > What I tell you in darkness, that *speak ye* in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. > < All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever *the Son will reveal him.* Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. I've recently added this my toolbox, it doesn't always remove the awkwardness in every instance, but it at least has helped me to break the ice. I ask people how can I pray for them. Most people I find are caught off guard - but I've noticed that God has used it to open some doors to at least start a conversation. My next question then is, "has anyone asked you that before?" Then I ask about their experiences related to Christ, church, bible, science etc. Here is the other thing, I really pray for them afterwards with or without them, I don't want it to be some bait and switch I'm not there to use them get brownie points with Christ, but to proclaim Him, see Him and reflect Him to the nations.

@Harold Zwingley That's so sweet brother. May our Lord bless you this week with more opportunities. I'll say I'm weak sauce, that is, it has been hard to go to someone out of blue and talk about Christ. I've been asking God for opportunities to evangelize. Example, as I'm on my walks and I see a person from a distance crossing my path I might pray something like 'Lord if this person is open to talking with me about anything I will use this as an opportunity to talk about you.' To spark such conversations I will just look for eye contact and regularly engage people to see if the Lord has opened a door. And when it's clear I thank God for his grace and use it as an opportunity. God has been super kind to me in that regard. I'm sure calling me to be more assertive though. Also I've found grocery pick-up as good situations to talk about Jesus. Or when telemarketers call lol. Gas stations, bus stops....

These words are very helpful to me. I have the desire deep in my heart to be able to share the Gospel at work with at least a few of my colleagues. They desperately need to hear it as they are literally blinded and hostile to God in all their ways just as the Bible says and just as I once was. It is not an easy matter. I am impaired by all the rules and constraints and false perceptions that a professional environment entails and that, absurdly enough, an open declaration of love for Jesus may be deemed inappropriate or even insulting to people in a work environment. It is all that nonsense as if we were to go by these things then what they routinely say has already passed the mark by a large margin. You know though, as soon as you mention Jesus and his Gospel, they are all ready to jump at your throat. Every time they blaspheme or take the name of the Lord in vain as if it was nothing it feels to me like they had just stubbed me and this discourages me plenty not because I fear them but rather because I see that taken together they would be lost. I wait patiently and pray that I may be given the opportunity one day to talk to any of them one by one in a moment perhaps when they are a bit soft and ready to talk or even better to listen. I know I have only one shot at them and I hope I won't miss it when it comes. So far I mustered enough courage to share the Gospel with close friends and family. I waited for the right time in each case because I think that it works better, at least for me, when you do it like an archer/sniper, with precision, I aim at the heart as for me it is personal and deep and I am more the surgical kind than the street shooter so to speak. I hope God in his immense Wisdom has called each to do it in a different way in line with their strengths and gifts. I know I would definitely get a beating in the streets at least in this culture I am surrounded by. However, I think that when it is a one-to-one business I can wrestle it through. I am glad I have done it with close family and friends, although I have not covered all gaps yet. I pray to God he may give me enough life, time, opportunity, wisdom and knowledge to be able to touch as many as I can. However, sharing it at work is and remains a real challenge for me and if any of you feels the same or has any advice to give you are welcome and I would really much to hear from you. Thank you Father John you have been a real blessing to me and I wish I had done more for you than I have, I owe you.

This is a sound bite that people tell themselves, but it's not Biblical. Romans 10:12-17 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!" But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?" So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. Faith comes from hearing. Not watching mutes go about their day.
@qazyman Жыл бұрын
@Random User So faith doesn't come from watching someone spend their time working with children with anger issues, or refusing conformity to a corrupt and misguided culture for social acceptance? What of those who have so much pride and arrogance they can't see the splendor of a quiet and humble Lord, full of grace? What of those who have been torn and crushed by arrogance and only seek to touch the hem of his garment? Seeing that cant's change a persons soul? I think it's possible there is more going on here than you imagine. If it could be done only with words, it would have already been done.

The question of if a person goes to hell for a particular sin, at 4:12, threw me off for a second. I had to listen to this section a few times. Since, l immediately thought of 1 Corthians 6:9-11, where it lists the sins which keeps a person out of heaven. However, l pondered on it and the Holy Spirit, pointed out what the speaker is saying. That if we have ever committed these sins but do not turn from them, such actions will ultimately lead to destruction. This is what he's saying. We should keep moving forward to love God. That you no longer want to commit such sins. That's the spiritual maturity that a Christian should strive to reach.

I know a lot of Christians would like to tell how you are missing the mark, (because we are so good at doing that), but no, you're good bro. I think Piper could have explained his answer a little better. At 9:01, Piper says the word for evangelize is not limited to witnessing to unbelievers, but also proclaiming what the Lord has done for you to other believers as well. Which I believe 99% of believers have done at some point in their lives. Don't be fooled by any modern day Pharisee who says you must lead people to Christ to keep your salvation. They place additional Do's and Don't on other believers and always take scripture out of it's original context. Good on you for your support how you can. And also, there's nothing wrong with being an introvert. But most people get being "introverted" and "socially anxious" confused. Those are two completely different things. Demanding someone who has social anxiety to go up to a group of strangers and tell them about Jesus makes about as much sense as telling a paraplegic to ride a bicycle.

While I’ve been talking with my family about Christ and what He’s done lately, they’re fellow believers. I haven’t really done much evangalism… not to say I haven’t TRIED. Heck, at one point I felt like God was calling me to save a soul! They turned out to already be a believer, and I eventually stopped feeling that divine impulse after we talked theology some, but. That was very much a thing. Admittedly I’m not entirely sure where he is on his walk with Jesus, but he’s at least professing - a good start, and I could stand to talk religion more with them. I do have one other friend I’ve tried to reach out to, but. He’s already rebuffed me once, and now I’m waiting for another opportunity. For God to tell me “hey, go share the Good News with this man.” And it’s because I’m afraid if I push too far, if I go when God doesn’t want me to go, said friend might cut ties with me. And that could lead to them never hearing His Word, and going to Hell. Which is the exact OPPOSITE of what I want to happen. Do I have anxiety issues? Yes. Do I have poor social skills, to where both these friends are online-only? Yes. Have I been praying about this? Nope. Should probably fix that… going to say a quick one right now, in fact. For courage to say what must be said, and wisdom to know when to speak. And… knowing it’s the condition of the heart which shows salvation fills me with joy. Because I’m trying to be holier, but I fear I’ve hit a backslide. (And out like this I don’t see the connection but. Eh! God wants me to say it so I’m saying it.)

I used to do this many years ago (c 1982) in Washington, D.C.; leaving them on the bus 🚌 in the slots. Sometime later l noticed those same tracts, were still in the slots. I began to realize l was afraid of a negative confrontation l might encounter. I was also afraid of rejection. I prayed about it and removed the tracts; handing them out personally. I realized my fears were unjustified. I handed them to the homeless: often with a burger 🍔 or something else. I handed them on the bus; noticing that one man enthusiastically read it from top to bottom. For the most part, people accepted them graciously. Due to the horrible things happening in society these days, people may be apprehensive. But if you have a look of love in your facial expression, your experience with Jesus may be obvious. I've attracted strangers with a smile.

It's not about a short answer, it's about giving a satisfactory question to a touchy subject. And the truth is, the answer is NO. And it is expressed in the Motto of the Sunday School class my Grandma belonged to: "Teach by Our Lives" If we start with living our lives as Jesus would have us do, hopefully others will admire something about that and inquire to learn for themselves.

Personally, it is fairly easy to get excited and joyous to talk with other believers about Jesus Christ. However, it is different when speaking to atheists and agnostics because they want "scientific proof that God exists." I have a couple friends who ask for this or talk about social constructs and it becomes a matter of human desire vs God's desire. If anyone has advice, please let me know. I love these people, and I want to see them in heaven. To God be the glory!

One thing I'm realizing is that not everyone is made to be a street preacher, God can give you opportunities as well. It's something I've prayed for in the past. For example, one of my best friends grew up Christian but became lost due to the trauma he had, so I prayed to God that I could have the chance to talk to him about Jesus and the Bible. So for a while, we never discussed it, but then he started asking me questions about the Bible, some that are common with unbelievers that I knew how to answer. Since then he has come back to Jesus, praise God! I don't think I was the only person either, cause I know his family are also Christians, so I don't take credit for his turning back to God, cause only God Himself can do that. But I'm realizing is God will put you in positions where you can evangelize on a more personal level or smaller scale. The Bible says in Ephesians 2:10: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." So you might not necessarily be going up to strangers and spreading the Gospel, but if you are put in a position where a friend or loved one is asking questions, do not turn them away or pass judgment! Even if you specifically aren't the sole reason someone gets saved, you will plant the seed in them. John 4:39 says: "I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor." So even if we don't reap the harvest, we can still be the ones to sow the seed! You may not be the person who makes them immediately pray, but they'll start to think about it, and the Holy Spirit will start to move within them. Think of someone you're close to, someone that you both trust each other; someone who isn't saved, or someone who already is that is struggling in some way, pray for them. Ask God to give you the opportunity to spread His good message, and if it's His will, you just might convince someone to turn to God!

This is Truth. God chooses us, and makes us born again with many attributes from God, through Jesus Christ. His Yoke is easy, and His burden is light. This spoken by Jesus Himself yields the Eternal power of Salvation. I had an evangelizing experience this morning that was beautiful based on the source( God The Holy Spirit)but the reaction I was given by three people was so worldly, and paeanistic. Ultimately I experienced that these three people were not part of God’s elect. Not in my own small mind. But they may be, and I just do not yet know it. They were strangers. So I will never see if the planted mustard seed produces the fruit. It is all God’s Majesty, and sovereign power to reveal to them. Only the truth was told. "Can I Be Saved If I Never Evangelize?" (Sorry kind Sir, for the VERY long "comment". But I believe it NEEDS to be espoused) Any one can be "Saved" and not engage in "Evangelize", going to church, reading a bible, or etc, Etc and ETC! Except for one... For to get "Saved" (from going to hell) only requires ONE thing. Oh indeed! And what is that? It is spelled out clearly in one verse. And this verse has probably been quoted more times; than any other verse in the bible. Here 'tis... John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave of His self (in the flesh)-called "the begotten Son", that whosoever believes in Him (Jesus) should not perish in (hell); but have everlasting life. And the secret, is in one word. The word "IN". What does it mean? It means that when anyone believes "in" the True God Almighty, and no other. Now, the true God has had several names in the last 4,000 yrs. First was YHWH (Yah Way), Jehovah and Yeshua (in Hebrew) JESUS (in English for the last 2,000 yrs. So the moment, at any age of ANY person (from Creation); believes IN the TRUE God (Who is Jesus, now), IS Saved forever. And remember, the Holy Spirit comes out of the womb; when any one is born. And the HS is saying to us; until death or we say yes...Believe IN the true God Almighty now Jesus. Thus... IF anyone does not ever say "Yes", to that urging of the HS; they WILL go to hell. And that is the ONLY reason any one can go to hell. Because Jesus told us this... Mark 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven (on Judgment Day) unto the sons of men (mankind), and blasphemies howsoever; they shall blaspheme (except for one): 29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit; hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation (hell). Note: "Blaspheming against the Holy Spirit" (the UN-forgivable Sin) is NOT saying YES; from birth to death; as the HS has urged us from birth. So the moment they say "Yes"; they are Save; immediately. And it can NEVER be changed. But say NO until death, They will go to hell. And that is the ONLY sin; any one can ever commit; that sends them to hell. Believe it or not. End of Story and I rest me case... ...In any case Brethren, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And may Jesus bless you and yours always. AMEN!

Something about evangelism I’ve realized as I’ve wrestled with very similar questions is that sharing what joys you have in your faith is a great way to plant a seed in the heart of someone you want to evangelize to. Don’t be afraid to share how God has been changing you, and that is a great way to start conversation with people and if they are curious, then you can share a combination of evangelism and apologetics to speak up about your faith. If they aren’t curious then they can know at least that you are a shameless Christian.

I have brought the conversation up with various people, several of whom immediately put up roadblocks. One even grew quite hostile. I feel as though I have done my part with them. It is not up to me to convince anyone. Even Scripture tells us that if someone won't listen, we may shake off the dust and leave. It won't stop me from speaking to someone else if the opportunity comes around, but I won't argue or insist. That is actually un-Christian and counterproductive. I prefer to let me behavior walk the talk. Jesus knows that I don't always do it right -- I frequently miss the mark -- but I try and ask forgiveness for the times I have not obeyed.

@hazysyd Жыл бұрын
“singled out”? How is it ‘singled out’ to be given the free gift of eternal life, because God gave Himself so that you could have a way out of the eternal consequences of your sin? Jesus died and rose again to conquer sin and death and so that by believing in Him, we are FREELY justified by faith! “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” This is the good news! Repent, believe and be saved! It is a lavish gift, free for us, but it cost Jesus everything, and He freely and lovingly gave up everything for our sake. :,) I think it is much more rational to consider eternity for ourselves and for others, and that compassion is why we should share the gospel, so people can know of Christ and be saved. But whoever so rejects Jesus, rejects their salvation too, because salvation is found in Him. Id rather be praised by God and judged by the world than be praised by the world and judged by God. Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. John Piper says that nobody goes to hell for any particular sin they have committed, but because the sins they commit give evidence that they are not trusting in Jesus Christ. I don't think this is quite right. It is true that those who end up in heaven are saved by faith in Christ and not by doing good deeds. But Scripture seems to teach that those who end up in hell go there precisely as punishment for the sins they have committed. The Bible is clear that hell will be worse for some people than others, because they committed more and/or worse sins (e.g., Matt 10:15; 11:22, 24; 12:36-37; Luke 12:47-48 etc.). This seems to imply that punishment in hell depends precisely upon what sins a person has committed while on earth. The gospel is an escape route, so to speak, for the sins we have committed. But if people don't find that escape route, they will be condemned for the sins they have committed.

@@nanad6871 I never said that EVERYONE will go to sins for the sins they have committed. I said that THOSE WHO END UP IN HELL will go there because of the sins they have committed. Everyone is a sinner and will go to hell for the things they have done wrong unless they accept the escape route through faith in Jesus Christ. The default position is that people are on track for hell because of what they have done wrong. If people go to hell simply for having a rebellious heart, why then are there degrees of suffering in hell, as there clearly are? So, for example, in Luke 12:47-48 Jesus teaches: 'And that servant who knew his master’s will and didn’t prepare himself or do it will be severely beaten. But the one who did not know and did what deserved punishment will receive a light beating.' (CSB) Note also Rev 21:8: 'But the cowards, faithless, detestable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars - their share will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.' (CSB) This verse most naturally suggests that those in the lake of fire are there precisely because they committed these sins.

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Daniel 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand. Matthew Chapter 7 15Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Matthew 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 2 Timothy Chapter 4 3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. I found out earlier today that the people Christ speaks of in Matthew 15:8 who have their heart far from Him those words reveal why they would turn their ears away from the truth and get turned unto fables you can never go wrong with revelations from the Holy Spirit after God grants you repentance unto life and sets you free from sin when you obey rightly dividing the word of truth in 2 Timothy 2:15 the more you rightly divide the more understanding knowledge and wisdom you get from God the Holy Spirit Himself. God truly does work in strange and mysterious ways that even surprise those who go walking with Him.

What would any of you do if you are shown by the Holy Spirit that GOD chose you to be His First Fruit in the Tribulation, and you will not leave when the Church leaves the earth, and your ministry will be to Preach the Everlasting Gospel, and Deliver as many as you wish during the Great Tribulation, so you may deliver them unto Jesus so they may populate the Millenhum Kingdom of God????

Learn theology my brother. Can't share the Gospel if you don't know it. You'll also encounter questions so equip yourself. You can start by watching Paul Washer sermons on salvation, true conversion, sermons on God's attributes too (people are stuck on God is Love, while that is true He is also Just and have other attributes we have to take into account). There are also theology books. Apologetics too if you want to learn skills on having discourse with non believers.

Well a new testament requirement under grace to be Christ's disciple (saved is same thing as disciple) is that we deny ourselves and take up our cross daily. I dont see how someone is denying themself if they never witness. The verse scares me because I know no one including myself who has successfully denied themselves every single day.
@hamerful Жыл бұрын
Denying ourselves might also mean putting a stop to our sinful desires. Our lusts, our appetites. Stepping outside and talking about Jesus doesn't mean "denying ourselves"
@guitarandotherthings6090 Жыл бұрын
@ashamer I agree it certainly also means to deny our sinful lusts and desires, but my question is, does it also mean denying doing anything remotely for ourselves? Like playing a game of checkers or going for a hike. If I do that for myself have I failed to deny myself? Basically I feel if I even spend a minute doing something for me than I have failed His requirement.
@hamerful Жыл бұрын
@@guitarandotherthings6090 I don't think you have to wonder yourself that. We must avoid extremes. There is nothing wrong with going for a hike. It is helpful, you clear out your mind by geting more oxigen in and you can focus more on God. What comes next? Denying yourself food? (there is a place and a time for that), denying yourself shelter and so on? Avoid extremes.

What we need to know about ourselves from God's Word and our only hope of being justified before God: [WHY WE HAVE NO HOPE IN OURSELVES: Mk. 7:20-23 And he (Jesus) said, That which comes out of the man, that defiles the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things (sins) come from within, and defile the man.] [WHY WE NEED A SAVIOR: Rom. 3:10-28 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understands, there is none that seeks after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that does good, no, not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes. Now we know that what things so ever the law says, it says to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his (God's) sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ to all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believes in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Joh. 3:16 For God so loved the world (us), that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Joh. 14:6 Jesus said to him (us), I am the way (salvation), the truth (assurance), and the life (eternal): no man comes to (God) the Father, but by me (God the Son). Rom. 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:]

Evangelizing will not get you saved. However genuinely saved/born again people do Evangelize because They have a new nature. Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation You preach the gospel that Jesus died for our sins and rose again and we need to be Washed Clean in His Blood and that is the only way to be saved And To repent and obey/trust Jesus To warn them of judgment and hall for eternity versus heaven for eternity. Pray for them Do not expect Christian behaviour from them. Do not pretend with them that they are truly Christian 1 John 5:16 16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. Psalm 138:6 Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off Proverbs 25:21 If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink: Proverbs 13:20 He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you 1 Timothy 6 3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; 4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, 5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. Romans 16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them Titus 3:10 A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject 1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat Romans 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. (Conviction) Luke 6 27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, 28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. 29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also. 30 Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. 31 And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. 32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them Psalm 138:6 Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off

.....Can I Be Saved If I Never Evangelize?...... This is the wrong question to ask yourself because we are saved by grace and by grace alone, but if you are not evangelizing, it probably means that you are not saved because faith without works does not work. KJV 26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. Works do not save, they are the proof that you are saved.

I could be wrong (because I'm a man), but it seemed to me that the young man's question was directed towards witnessing to unbelievers. If so, I'd say 'No', your salvation is not dependent upon how many people you led to Christ for the month. If you believe otherwise, I'd love to see scriptural evidence of that *in context* below in the comments. Don't forget, you are required to inform me, or you'll go to hell.

@Judas Blewit indeed love isn't a work but and a fruit of our faih. Evangelism can take many different forms, so that person may be doing it without realising it, or an elder/pastor might be able to suggest a way that works for them. Anything new is uncomfortable at first - I like the story of how John Piper could not do public speaking though nerves and fear, but you wouldn't think that to hear him now 😊
