I have been studying Pakistan for a few years now. According to me things need to be done to run your country. 1.Stop dual nationality and promote Pakistan 2.Keep religious study and modern study different, please don't mix both. 3.The beast Pakistan has become now violence is inevitable, it should be a civil war where common people once shows the army who is in real power. 4.After the civil war policies of successful and democratic modern laws will help you out financially. 5.You should not bring Shariya into constituition because if in future laws need to be changed due to any situation, shariya won't permit you changes and you will also feel upset if you change shariya.
