If you go to the Settings -Accessibility-Pointer Control-Trackpad Options you can enable three finger Draging to your Trackpad.It's perfect

Thanks Chris. I talked about this recently. This is a great feature but it doesn’t always help the workflow. If you grab something with 3 fingers, you loose the swiping capabilities.

@@ThisIsE I don’t have any issues switching between 2/3 finger work on a Apple trackpad and for me it does let me work quicker than I ever could on many Windows devices.

@@ThisIsE I use 4 finger swipe for swiping gestures before enabling 3 finger drag. A trackpad is unusable to me without 3 finger drag (my biggest complain on windows trackpad is missing this feature)

This guides are quite far the BEST that I've found on YT!!!... You not only speak of the product it self but algo go deeper and give more insights about them!... The fact that you said that mechanical keyboards are "cool" and so on but can make your fingers feel more tired due to inflammations is a small detail that gives a ton of relevant information on which one to choose! If you aren't prejudiced to Razer, their Basilisk lineup is their competitor the the G502 lineup, and the wireless Basilisk Ultimate connect both via USB dongle and Bluetooth, so you can switch between two devices with a flick of a switch.

For years my go to keyboard has been the Logitech K350. I had one K350 damage during an office renovation. I was surprised that this was still being made. This December (2022) I just purchased 2 more for a total of 4 in our household. Paired with M510. I think I have 7 of these. I keep leaving them behind while traveling and they keep finding they way back. 🤣

I have had many issues with with the m720. Unfortunately it has made my wrist hurt. And none of that have happen with the anywhere or the master MX

I run a hackintosh and I use a magic mouse for mac os and a G502 lightspeed for gaming in windows. They are the perfect compliments for eachother for what I need. only thing i'd change is upgrading to the newer version of the G502 when the click buttons eventually go out.

What is your desktop display ? I'am asking because basically you have a MBP 16" 2021 which has the best display in the laptop department which is also one of the greatest displays of all, closing it and putting it on the side to use a 32 or 27" 4K display is close to be a crime to my Photographers eyes.

The aa battery thing doesn't bug me I have a nice trusty enloop charger to the left of my setup always plugged in. I only need 1 so its not a huge deal. I hate the flat apple keys they don't give me any feedback when typing.(plus the pricing is bad)

Not on the list, but I’ve been using a Naga Trinity for about 3 years now with a number pad on the side. I use it enough that it’s been my biggest reason not to upgrade even when it’s showing its age.

most mechs also last a super long time if they have BLE and you turn off backlighting. I have a custom split keyboard with nice!nano microcontrollers and 110mah (yes 110 not 1100) and it lasts over a week on a single charge with daily use.

I just got added pro to my set up and I bought a magic mouse with it. It has been an absolute pain so far. The magic mouse is terrible for universal control. When on the "other" device, the scrolling is super sluggish, selecting a text field often does not bring the keyb over (when you type, it still types on the other device", and it often gets lost where the pointer goes back to the mother device. Has anyone experienced this or m ow how to resolve this? I have an mx master and it doesnt have these issues other than the sluggish scrolling on the other device

I disagree about the Magic Keyboard. I don't mind typing on my MacBook's keyboard, so I bought a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID for my Mac Mini and I hate the Magic Keyboard. The only thing I can think of that would make such a difference is typing angle. When I use the keyboard on my MacBook, I'm usually sitting in my comfy chair in a relaxed position. When I use the Magic Keyboard on my Mac Mini, I'm sitting upright in an office chair, keyboard on the desk, arms bent in an almost 90º angle. My Logitech ERGO K860 is my go-to keyboard for my MacMini.

Consider low profile mechanical keyboards. Nuphy has been the only option that I can consider. But for MX mechanical mini I hate it.
