That really is the only difference - print speed and quality wise should be the same with the internals of both styles

How long can you wait before adding the powder to back? If printing a gang sheet or multiples items, is it ok to wait until all prints are finished or do u recommend cutting while still printing, Doesn't ink still have to be wet to add powder. Does the ink dry quick?

Hello, the powder should be applied while the ink is still wet to adhere to the entire image. If you do cut while printing, be careful not to lift the media which will bring the film into contact with the printhead. The ink does not right away but we do advise waiting too long before applying the powder

@jamie white I have a 1390 It's been modified with cadlink integration im sure it a good product it desktop printer not dual head unit. Your paying for customer troubleshooting and convenience. My Ali express printer is a nightmare due crappy software

@jamie white i thanks i know now after purchasing R1390 that a R2000 0r L 1800 is more durable but print speed is like 13 mins with dx5 head it about 8 minutues. You are correct you can use cadlink and yes this does look like a esmart print now that you menchion it. I have learned so much about these printers best to buy obviously is A2 dual head printer about 5 to 8 k depending on set up

Hello, its going to come down to size - the A3+R model ran 13" wide and the A4 runs around 8" wide. Both machines can print rolls in case you need more size just rotate the image

Have you guys ever thought about changing the name of your customer service dept to a big waste of time. Dept I’ve been trying to get an on off switch for this exact printer now for over a month and nobody even knows a part number so that I can get it. If I can even get someone to respond Can’t get responses to emails or phone calls. Maybe a better name would be big waste of time department because every time I need Customer Service it’s not available The KZbin videos look good, but the company is not do not buy from these people unless you just need more pain in your life

I don’t see a reafor am order number when all I need is parts to get this printer finally functional I need a power/ roll feed switch The process of getting replacement parts should not be ao hard A reputable company would supply a parts list to anything they are representing that they are manufacturing Phone is not answered most of the time Correct call back number is almost never used Email are long turn around and usually with a run around if answered at all
