This video illustrates the principle and function of an internal gear pump for the purpose of increasing of Pressure or Velocity of liquid in pipes to move the pumped fluid along a pipeline or convey the pumped fluid to another location. Some examples: Loading and unloading of tank truck or rail cars Tank to tank circulation / transport Product transfer for a process line Stripping of pipes Injection (additives, form for firefighting etc.) Typical applications viscos liquids for Industry, Chemical and Petro Chemical industry; Fuel, Glycol, Vegetable oil, Solvents, Lube oil, Waste oil, Fish oil, Asphalt, Chocolate, Paint, Lacquer, Molasses, Soap, Grease, Pitch, Polyester, Organic acid, Fatty acid, Alkali, Caustic soda, Polymer solutions, Soap, Shampoo, Animal fat, Vegetable fat, Resin, Paint, Rosin etc.

You can use heat oil - and if for chocolate application hot water :-)

We are using these pumps for pumping bitumen and NPSHr is 0.2m and capacity is 6bars, but any pressure above 3.5bars the pump makes too muvh noise why?
