I LOVE caralluma. I had no idea the name had been changed. I've been so off scene for so long I don't know what has been renamed and what hasn't! I'm going to have to get new copies of the Succulent Encyclopedia and update myself.

Another great video. I am learning a lot from you. I just purchased Caralluma Umbellata. Should I follow the same watering, lighting, nutrition for mine? I live in southern california. My brain hurts. I am building a 10,000 window e learning course. Broken into modules, easy to digest, fun, all ages, pictures, colours, audio, ideas. Imagine each one of your videos was a window, a few paragraphs, what is the correct spelling of this plant, multiple choice answers. I have learnt more about produce in the past 2 weeks than 10 years of growing.

Below 50F does the plant simply scar and brown, or does it root rot? Assume the soil is well drained. At what temperature will it die or rot? Do you think this plant would do well in pure pumice?
