Easy to follow videos again and good angles for seeing the steps, very much appreciated 👍 The tangs on the rocker arms were a god send when they came in - worked on my pantah 600 and having to remove the rocker arms just for shimming up was a royal PITA

Hi Kris, its a copy of the factory tool, I think I got mine via Laser tools. There are a few copies available on ebay. 😊

Nice. If worn valve guides, do you replace them and recut the seats on your own?

No, I have the valve guide tools but not the capability to align the valves correctly so would outsource the valve seats to get cut.

I made one from a 25 mm hole saw. Ground teeth off and cut slots.

Amazing video, im just wondering, as im about to start rebuildingy bike i just bought, with a timing belt that snapet on the vertical cylinder, im hoping that i can do only with head rebuild? What is your advice and sugestions, its a monster 620s 2003

The amount of damage depends on the speed of the engine at the time, if the engine was only at low RPM it may have only bent valves, (don't try and straighten them) but if the engine was at high RPM it would be a major rebuild. I am a toolmaker and Ducati Monster enthusiast, I have done a major rebuild on my M750 and hotted it up with Hi comp pistons, bigger race valves, flat side race carbs, programable ignition it goes very well. So pull the head and see what the damage is, I would be interested to see, by the way I have 3 Ducati Monsters.
