Okay, so i'm a sophomore in high school and my season has just ended a couple weeks ago. ( i made it to Regionals and that's it ) my pr for the season was an 11.63, and my worst was a 12.12... Ever since the season ended i have just been doing little sprints ( about 80m ) and working on my form. My time lowered everyday, and today i stepped back on the track and ran a full 100 with a time of 10.47 ( i time my runs with my stopwatch). Afterwards, i went home and ate, then i went back on the track and ran a time of 11.16. i understand that this seems inconceivable so my question is what could be a possible explanation for this incredible change?

Because you timed with a watch. Also when you time it yourself it will have a big impact on your time.
