8:56 the "loop" or jump ring that connects the clasp to the chain is sometimes left unsoldered purposefully...even on gold chains. If the jump ring is thick enough it will not bend easily and will act as a 'failure point' in the event the chain is pulled on. Instead of destroying the chain it will simply open the loop. Having a weak point in the chain is even more important when you are talking about thick chains or heavy stainless chains. To avoid getting pulled into machinery or being choked, it's good to have a weak point in the chain.

It's always great when you're able to help someone else. If you're in a position to do so I always recommend it. It makes you feel good. At one point I was so broke I didn't have a pot to piss in and local shop dealer back home did me the same courtesy and turned my life around.

On that chair, all the old stadiums had those. I went to the old ClevelandcPublic Stadium for Indians, Browns and a couple concerts. They had the small seats and at some point you had a girder un your view. I saw the football game with a couple BIG GUYS so when they sat back I sat forward and visaversa.
