Just like snipe shot, I’m surprised I’m seeing hyper beam way less now. The nerfs didn’t even hurt both moves that much

True for Inteleon, most of the time it’s only a ~8% nerf, which won’t hurt its 3k crits

its the collective mind effect, ive heard in lol there was a "bug" in a nerf (they literally forgot to implement the nerf), it was shown in the patch notes and people stopped playing it, its winrate also dropped, but the supposedly nerfed champion was completely fine lmao but to be honest, 10 second cd on hyperbeam is actually pretty big, now 11.5...... basically you have 1 opportunity to use it in the entire team fight (when it still matters i guess)

hyper beam is an one shot skill with all its damage blasted at once outrage is an power up skill that greatly increase DPS I prefer outrage as I like to speedrun the regis

I really liked to play dragonite but the thing is in india people will rarely let me go to jungle even if i need it then i stay behind levels and cannot do anything and also very few people play hyper beam Dnite they would literally tell me why did i pick hyper beam they think its trash thats why i stopped playing it

Indian meta is very different from global one. Dnite with hyperbeam just doesn't work here generally

Every time I just get bad frontline when I play hyper beam, they just never go front and I just get melted by the enemy, resulting to numerous deaths and 30-40k damage, brutal experiences...

I still think Hyperbeam is bad. But the select few that played it before are really good players, including you Cris. Its like that metric that showed Tyranitar being amazing. It showed how Tyranitar can have a 60-70% win rate but be picked 1.2% of the time meaning only good players play and mostly win with him
