Hi Sourav, For last 2.6 years I am working in an MNC with 3.7 LPA salary as a developer. Earlier I worked as a Android developer and now in my current project as a java developer. I don't like coding at all and I am not good in it. I am pursuing MBA in Project Management (it's a 2yrs online MBA program) which is going to complete in Sep'2022. So , I want to change my domain from development to management as soon as possible. Please help me out! I have given several interviews for management role but everyone rejected because I don't have any experience in Management... Please help me out! I am fully stuck n confuse for my future.
