Saurav, thanks brother for sharing these amazing two tips for salary negotiation. It is really very important for us to set the ground for ourselves that we won't work for anything less than an "XXXXXXX" amount. Because, if you don't set the ground rules then we can fall for anything. As there's also a saying that "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything". This saying fits best into this scenario. Any candidate who's applying for any kind of job interview should definitely watch this to learn what is that is required to master salary negotiation. Keep shining and Keep inspiring brother. More Power To You. God Bless You Brother. 😇😇

Summary: 1. Know your "walk away" number. Learn to say "NO" and be firm. 2. Show them the value you are bringing. 3. While negotiating, talk about the "differential amount". Make the 50k-100k number sound small.
@Techtalkswithrahul3 жыл бұрын
It doesn't matter how you are negotiating. It's all depends on how you performed in interview. If you have done exceptionally well companies are ready to pay anything . But if it's average they will reject your candidature for 15%-20% hike also.
@subhadeeproychowdhury11973 жыл бұрын
This thing doesn't hold good for few organization where HR are not flexible enough to extend and bridge the gap of differential amount they are very much in their zones anyways it's a good trick to go for.

Please give session on frequently asked interview questions like tell me something about urself.. N many more.. wat would be the best way to answer these questions? Wat if we are unable to answer some of the questions? How to deal with the situation?
@Coachrohitsingla3 жыл бұрын
Hi Hetal, The one thing that I would like to mention while answering any interview question is - 1. Be Honest While answering any interview question. 2. If you don't know any answer, please say "NO" and tell confidently that you don't know the answer to that question. Just don't make an answer in front of that interviewer/HR person. 3. Your answer should be indirectly or directly be reflected in the challenges that the company is having right now. Go through the Job description thoroughly and try to understand the core problems and challenges. 4. Your answers should reflect your expertise and the passion you have for that particular role/profile for which you interviewing. 5. Lastly, I would say that "Don't expect that every company will hire you. No, every company is not for you and You are also not for every company." Just do your best in an interview that you go for next time. Now, talking about some of the frequently asked interview questions, here are a few of them - 1. Tell me something about yourself. 2. What are your strengths? 3. What are your weaknesses? 4. Where do you put up? 5. Why should we hire you? 6. Where did you got to know about this opportunity? 7. What differentiates you from other candidates? 8. What are your salary expectations? 9. Are you willing to relocate? 10. Do you have any questions for me? And there could be many, many questions that totally depend on the company and the role that you are interviewing for. And lastly, I would like to end it by saying "Hope For the Best But, Be Ready For the Worst". Wish you all the very best! Rohit Singla.

Let recruiters know, that if you had this much gap, you were working on professional aspects like doing some courses or attending mentorship programmes during your hard times.
