But how good are ALMOND DESSERTS? I love them, I've made them in a thousand different ways (I'll leave you the link below where you can find the recipes)
Today, given that Christmas is upon us, I made them with a raspberry filling which, melting during cooking, contrasts with the sweetness of the desserts and goes very well with the almonds!
They are very good! They melt in your mouth and are naturally GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE, BUTTER-FREE, OIL-FREE!
Only ALMONDS, WHITE WHITE and SUGAR... which I halved (as usual) but they are equally sweet without exaggerating, also because they are then dipped in icing sugar! 😉

👉 ADD THE EGG LITTLE AT A TIME (you may not need all of it)
👉 THE COOKING MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE OVEN WHILE STILL SOFT!

🌡️ In the oven for a short time, at 180° Static 175° Fan for 10-12 minutes max
(They must remain soft)
📝 Ingredients:
400 g Almonds (or almond flour)
200-250 g Sugar
2-3 egg whites (about 80 g)
Powdered sugar
Fresh or frozen raspberries
