New dessert in 10 minutes, no oven, no condensed milk, no gelatin, no egg. it drives the world crazy
Ingredients:
desiccated coconut (amount depends on the tray you are going to use)
4 cups of milk (1 liter)
3/4 cups of sugar (170g)
1 and 3/4 cups of all purpose flour (200g)
7g of vanilla sugar
1/4 cup of butter (60g)
1 cup of whipping cream 35% (250ml)
2 tbsp of sugar (25g)
1/2 cup of walnuts (50g)
some walnuts halves for garnish

Не уверена что получится. Если горячую массу вылить на противень с кокосовой стружкой она растает. А холодный заварной крем вы не распределите таким слоем по этой же стружке. В общем опять очередная попытка что-то изобразить. Кто знает тот видит что ничего подобного НЕ ПОЛУЧИТСЯ!!!
