_ 500 ml of milk.
_ 3 egg yolks.
_ 3 tablespoons of sugar.
_ Vanilla aroma.
_ 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
_ 300 ml of whipping cream (already sweetened)
_ 250 g of mascarpone.
_ Puff pastry.
_ Peach or strawberries.
_ Powdered sugar.
