Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon. Many Chinese people would pack rice dumplings for the festival. However, the traditional dumplings are high in calories. Therefore, this recipe will make tapioca pearl dumplings that are light and cool. It is crystal clear and has springy texture and match with sweet and creamy purple yam mash fillings. If you want to have a richer taste, you can add some coconut milk and eat it one hour after cooling or ice.
