食譜是中式點心用的硬奶黃餡做法，坊間有其他做法是不加吉士粉的。

可以，穩陣起見已多焗3分鐘。 西米之前已索水，可以用蒸，如果沒有預先索水，就要用烚。記得包時糭葉要完全覆蓋西米，否則西米膨脹後有機會從罅隙漏出來。
