Bakit nagpreselling na to na wala pang Development Permit and PALC...?Did they inquire the process from the City Planning for the said permit? Kasi sayang ang project kung hindi na maaprobahan dahil sa mga mistakes ng developer sa processes and Ordinances ng City...Can it go onn with the construction without those?

Hi Brian. Residential Real Estate appreciation is usually between 3.5-6% annually on average. But there are also times they appreciate much faster, depending on the market and it's location. The beauty with real estate is that the value just always goes up. So it's a good holding place for your money.

Yes it will still appreciate since this is located inside a business complex just beside SM Lanang and Davao will continue to progress in the future. Just don’t expect that price appreciation will be quick since real estate is not a quick rich scheme but a slow and steady type of investment.

Super Mahal na Ng properties sa Davao. Kahit 30mins to 1hr from downtown, the subdivision prices are skyrocketing. We purchased 1.1M house and lot with 110sqm. Today, the same house would cost 2.2M to 2.5M with same features. That twice the price after 5 years.

In terms of location, if you like a development na along the highway ..then this project being presented by Alex is better than those developments ni Megaworld kc nasa loob yung kay Megaworld. Si Megaworld is nasa likod ni SM Lanang while si Destine is nasa tabi ng SM Lanang and harap ng SMDC condos. :)

Hi James. 3-5 years is actually standard building time for most condos, depending on how tall it is whether it’s in Cdo or other cities. Economic activity is also different in different cities due to a variety of factors. For ex, Manila is more metro that Cebu. Although Cebu is fast catching up. What is important is that, more cities in the Philippines will progress because that progress will benefit the country as a whole.
