33 y/o here single male, wala pa kids or asawa. Nag wowork ako ngayon sa US pero plan ko mag for good sa pinas in the future. I recently bought a 1 br condo nasa preselling stage siya and very malapit siya sa cbd na on going na ang construction. I wished I saw your video first kasi napaka informative at masarap pakinggan. Pero after watching I was reassured na good nga talaga yung naging purchase ko.

Another thing to consider is the availability of Internet Service Providers since some condos only allow their own ISP and some allow only 1 telco.

Agree with this. The condo I'm living in now is a bit old and they didn't future-proofed their utility connections for fiber-optic capability. So now were paying the same rates as those communities beside us but we get slower speeds because were not fiber-ready.

Also my first time to live in a condo, I've been living in this condo since the pandemic. It's a low rise, low population resort type condo which is a little old but I love the serenity inside. There are a lot of open spaces, landscaped gardens, huge trees and birds and it's in Metro Manila. The units are big usually 42sqm 2 BR units and each unit comes with a 8sqm rooftop drying cage. The thing I noticed though after living here for 4 years, is the people dynamics of the residents. It's not that everyone's unfriendly, I think everyone is just guarded. But because of social media, group chats, a lot of residents form friendships through the group chats. I think the reason people are guarded with their relationships is because they have opened themselves to friendships before but the relationships break down for some reason or another probably due to familiarity or cabin fever. But in 4 years, I've made myself popular with the residents because of the group chats. I also engage with the senior citizens group so I'm on their good side. I also touch base with the maintenance and housekeeping people, always returning their greetings with genuine cheerfulness.

Bought condo sa may ortigas ngaun ko lng napanuod to. Pero nppanuod na kita before eh. Halos lahat ng sa checklist mo meron X ung tinitirhan nmin ngaun. Cguro if napanuod ko to before nadagdagan ung na consider nmin. 😩 More of ung na consider nmin is malapit sa work malaki na ung mabawas sa pamasahe. Cguro dpt mas na consider nmin ang town house instead of condo.

Kaya nga ba we don’t buy any properties even if afford kasi we don’t want the hassle. If pangit admin and neighbors, lipat agad. Deal-breaker sa akin kapag walang fiber internet, service elevators, and garbage chutes each floor 😅 Most importantly water pressure and kung may sariling tangke ang condo. Hirap mawalan ng tubig kasi

Helpful tips and advices! How I wished, you could have mentioned about the electric voltage in every condo’s to be dual. If you’re living in the US (110V) most likely you will be bringing small electric appliances and won’t work there (220V) You don’t want to be buying so many transformers on all areas needed. Just saying. 🇵🇭🇺🇸

Hi! Yes, it’s generally 220v in the PH, including appliances sold locally. :) if you’re moving, i suggest to just purchase the appliances here.

Hello! Thanks for the feedback :) This is my work po eh, so I need to partner with brands talaga to keep the channel sustainable. This topic for example, I had a content plan na for this even before RLC reached out to me. So pinolish ko nalang siya to seamlessly integrate the brand. Same with all other branded content-most of the time, may outline na ako for the content and I just find the right partner to execute it. Actually for this one, hindi ito yung suggested topic ng brand, but I pitched this knowing na it’s a topic I know could help a lot of people who are looking into buying their first property. I understand the frustration, that’s the usual sentiment naman talaga when a post is sponsored. But i do also hope for your kind consideration and understanding as this is part of my work. Rest assured na i only partner with brands I can vouch for - in fact I have declined several (as in marami talaga more than 10 na) brand sponsorships offered by real estate companies kasi hindi ako confident sa projects/developments nila, and it’s not something i’d be comfortable to recommend to my viewers.
