I can not believe you showed this house. We viewed it twice and made an offer 10 years ago, but were piped at the post. All looks similar to how we saw it then. Huge house, very good condition with a lot of thinking in planning. I personally would keep all the wood details but change all the tiles and walls to brighter color to make it look more open especially the upper floor but absolutely beautiful and the price again, as an Israeli it's almost for free

Is that big plot on the other side of that line also part of the property? It looked like there were grape vines there. It is a nice house that's well cared for.
