the hero nightfall segment is real tho, i had two randoms that despite having titles, had no idea how the strike worked and just followed me around and didn't even shoot the orb attack from the final boss until i yelled through team speak. i was one more wipe away from leaving i swear to god

6:55 People were rage quitting when you wipe at the glassway, because more often than not it would delete one of your champion kills and you would get gold and not platinum. It's not that the boss was hard in particular, it was just that getting bugged and not getting the rewards you wanted was annoying, so you might as well save the five minutes of the boss fight and just start another nightfall.

A similar champion situation had happened with the new Lake of Shadows. I wiped one time at the boss and when we respawned I noticed two messages indicating champion spawns. As we were at the boss we were barred from going back and killing the champions that should not have spawned. Finished out that nightfall cause I'm stubborn and we got silver rewards for it. Love it.

Lately I have been joining so many Nightfalls right at the boss, people are ragequitting so much at bosses now. lmao I really hope they don't lower the Hero difficulty, it's the most free loot of my life and I get the joy of knowning I'm taking the spot of a ragequitter and at the same time helping someone else that got stuck but at least was willing to keep trying.
