In the Landing you are able to see an Eagle, Lion, and Snake carved out in the landscape.

During Excision there is a chance for when Saint appears Cayde will have a voice line along the lines of "Saint?! Wasn't he dead?!" Implying we told him about the stories behind everyone else's presence (Mithrax, Savathun, Mara, Ciatl ect.) but forget to mention poor Saint.

i would also like to note that crows new cloak looks very similar to a poncho, which would be a vanilla D2 reference

Huh I didn't know you can hear hope for the future in the tower as well in Salvation edge that's interesting though I wonder why the witness has the song in it's monolith maybe it likes to listen to it when it's carving the universe in to the final shape

It took me a while to catch this one, but in the Ascent mission when Crow and Cayde are throwing jabs back and forth about who needs the others help. Cayde comments about their fight where he put Crow on his back. Crow replies that Cayde caught him by surprise, to which Cayde replies "well I guess that makes us even" which I'm guessing is a callback to their first fight when Uldren killed Cayde in Forsaken.

I thought it was Cayde saying crow caught him by surprise when they met, as Cayde was surprised to see his killer with a ghost

the sweeper bot in root form is more a reference to the sweeper bot during the first mission of the red war where in the same spot in the tower there was one cleaning during the chaos.

At the end of the still hunt quest if your playing a legacy character cayde will call you his favorite if you play a new character cayde will say your one of his favorites top 3 at best

It is also a cool small detail that Red Death Reformed's description is slightly changed compared to the old one. The D1 was: "Vanguard policy urges Guardians to destroy this weapon on sight." The D2 is: "Vanguard policy still urges Guardians to destroy this weapon on sight." It's interesting to think who rebuilt the once Guardian Killer weapon and how it's really a good healing weapon instead.

In the beginning of the campaign when we first meet cayde and have to confer with our ghost. Our ghost says that cayde cant wield the light as a weapon but he can share it. Seems like he is hinting at how cayde would die again when he shared the light with us after the excision mission

Something I’ve heard nobody mention is the fact you can hear Cayde after completing the campaign. Like recently when presage was in the weekly rotator, I was playing through it when I randomly heard Cayde say a line, and it even got picked up by ghost. I have a clip of it I’ve just not found anywhere to upload it

Ive Heard somewhere that there are statues of the 3 disciples of the witness:calus, rhulk, and nezrec in the hearld of finality boss room but i haven't been able to go there so i dont know if its true also this may or may not be obvious but the tfs camlaign is just like the red war with us finding the vanguard

You forgot to mention that if your destiny character is relatively new (not from d1) cayde at the end of still hunt will say "you're becoming one of my favourites" vs "you always were my favourite"
