Was expecting to get an ADHD diagnosis and got both autism and ADHD... explains a lot but it sucks that medication is nowhere near as effective for me.

I've been on focalin for almost 3 years now and i've just ended up snorting a whole bunch of them when i really need the effect and just wait until i can get more because of how quickly you come to tolerate it (i don't recommend abuse bad stimulants high chance of addiction). also where im from it's very difficult for any medication to be available at pharmacies on time with ADHD medication being so in demand so sometimes i gotta wait 3 days and i don't even get a months worth don't know about other places though

@@Anabolite When I take ADHD meds, some of my ADHD symptoms go away but my Autistic traits become more pronounced. I become almost like a robot - much less expressive and less willing to engage with other people. I will say that on the meds my head does get a little clearer which is nice, but I don't see the massive executive function boost like my friend does. It's honestly hard for me to tell if it's just placebo or not for me...
